universality, internationality and openness to the world, promotion of the region, pioneering spirit, modernity, elegance and valence, prestige, creativity, aesthetics, prestige, openness for new things, promotion of youth, freedom, innovation, dynamics, originality, cultural values, avantgarde, lateral thinking, consciousness of tradition, inclusion, progress, excellency, criticism...
