Who am I?
I am an artist, curator, art specialist, project manager and author. I enjoy working in the art world, promoting projects and artists, initiatives in the workplace. I have organized exhibitions, publications, managed funding, art education, communication, logistics around art collections - and much much more ... Why did I write a book? I was looking for an objective way to compare and evaluate art initiatives. Hence the motivation to present interesting art initiatives and to stimulate a discourse about their professionalism and thus to further develop the field. I love creating, publishing, writing and making books ... What is the book about? The book is about corporate art initiatives and a standardized method to evaluate them. Naturally the design language of the book reflects my idea of communication with art ... What do you get out of it? You get a beautifully crafted book. A historical reflection of art in a corporate context, the corporate art index - a method to evaluate art projects, 21 examples of how to work with art and finally a critical comment on the subject ... Why is it relevant? Art makes the word more beautiful and it changes the way we look at and understand things.
